Dahl (2015) 240 Cal. App. 4th 746, the firm also won a favorable outcome, limiting the circumstances in which scheduled ratings can be rebutted by vocational evidence. The firm was recently successful in litigating County of Santa Clara v. Workers’ Comp. Appeals Bd. (Justice) (2020) (May 27, 2020, No. H046562) 49 Cal. App. 5th 605 (2020 Cal. App. LEXIS 461), upholding the apportionment of permanent disability arising from medical care.
